I recently went to this restaurant and had a great experience. I grew up growing to Bertucci's and being able to return with my friends was very nostalgic. We were seated quickly and treated well by Lauren, Lizzie, and Kelsey. They took very good care of us and gave us ample bread and oil. The dishes we got were also delicious!
From the moment we stepped into Bertucci’s on VFW Parkway, we were greeted with genuine hospitality by Guido, restaurant.manager. Guido’s Hands on approach and the team’s dedication to customer satisfaction made this visit stand out. It’s clear that at Bertucci’s West Roxbury, guests are treated like family.
We had an enjoyable experience on Mother's day dining for lunch. Finn was our server he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken good care of. He was friendly, courteous and great!!! 5 stars!!!!
Had a great experience here recently! Samantha, our server, was amazing. Very sweet, personable and at one point, even went so far as to physically SHIELD me from a Shirly Temple as the table across from us seemed to be having some drama. Samantha is fantastic! The food was amazing, the drinks were spectacular and everyone was just so pleasant to be around (minus the table throwing Shirly temples, obv. ) I will 100% be back for my favorite meatball/ ricotta pizza and rolls. 10/10 would recommend. Ask for Samantha, you will be so glad you did!
Sam was absolutely incredible! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and excellent recommendations made our dining experience unforgettable. Our drinks were always full, our food came out perfectly, and Sam’s positive energy made the night even better. Sam truly went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Sam every time!
Samantha is hands down the BEST bartender/server at the West Roxbury Bertucci’s location. She is always so attentive and goes the extra mile to ensure great service! Highly recommend dining with Sam if you want to enjoy your dine in experience
I came into the bar tonight to visit my favorite bartender Samantha and let me tell you she is always so attentive and friendly she is phenomenal! I will be coming back thanks to her service. Good job Samantha! Also Great food!! I enjoyed my chicken Piccata it went well with my lemon drop :)
Excellent restaurant for casual Italian dining. We got the luncheon special of spaghetti pomodorro, and it came with a salad and unlimited rolls. The portion sizes were huge, the food was delicious, and the price was very affordable. Great ambiance with comfortable, spacious seating. The server Patrick was very accomodating.
